At Soulful Frames, each canvas and framed artwork is carefully printed and prepared to order. We aim to deliver high-quality products that bring warmth and positivity to your space.

Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Printed Canvas 

Since our canvas prints and framed pictures are made to order, we follow the policy below:

❌ Returns & Refunds Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect size, frame, or design selected by the customer
  • Minor colour variations due to screen differences
  • Damage caused after delivery or improper handling

Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive an incorrect item
  • There is a printing or framing defect
  • The artwork is significantly different from what was ordered

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of:
    • The product
    • Outer packaging
    • Shipping label

Return Condition (If Applicable)

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within [5–7 business days] after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized canvas prints (including size, text, colour changes) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Colour & Appearance Disclaimer

Actual colours may vary slightly from digital previews due to:

  • Screen calibration
  • Lighting conditions
  • Printing material texture

Such variations are normal and do not qualify for returns.
