All canvas prints and framed artworks at Soulful Frames are made to order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are approximately:

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹ 1000

Any applicable taxes or duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details

You can track your order using the provided link.

Packaging

We ensure that all artworks are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund
  • Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer

Delayed or Lost Shipments
